PM who ships.
Globally.

I've built and scaled Fintech, Blockchain, and AI products across three continents — launching a government-adopted blockchain credential platform in Mongolia, a B2B AI scoring SaaS across Southeast Asia, and now founding product at a Palo Alto startup.

My edge: I translate complex distributed systems and financial infrastructure into clear product narratives that close partnerships, align engineers, and move markets. I thrive in 0-to-1 environments where the roadmap doesn't exist yet.

Certify.mn — Blockchain Diploma Verification

TEO Blockchain

0 → 1 Launch Government Adopted Blockchain · EdTech

Problem

Mongolia's Ministry of Education discovered 724 fraudulent and 2,000 suspicious diplomas out of 59,000 checked in 2022. Fake credentials were slipping into government jobs and classrooms.

For legitimate graduates, verifying a paper diploma meant expensive notarization and weeks of delays — a real barrier for anyone applying to jobs abroad or continuing education overseas.

My Approach

I named the product, owned go-to-market strategy, and defined the pricing model. The core insight: this couldn't just be a tech solution — the Ministry and universities had to adopt it simultaneously, or it would fail on both sides.

I ran blockchain education sessions for institution stakeholders who had zero familiarity with the technology. Then I took the beta directly to both government officials and university administrators — walking each group through the exact same platform. The result: any HR manager or employer can now verify a diploma instantly by drag-and-dropping the file, with no notary, no calls, no waiting.

Outcome

Beta launched in 3 months. After a second 3-month iteration based on real institution feedback, the platform was officially adopted by Mongolia's General Education Authority — now mandated under Mongolian law for all university graduates.

40+ universities and academies onboarded. Credential verification went from weeks and notary fees to instant and free. Issuance costs dropped 80%.

NIKO AI Scoring — No-Code ML for Banks

AND Solutions · nikoscoring.ai

0 → 1 Launch B2B SaaS · SEA AI · Fintech

Problem

Banks and lending institutions across Southeast Asia were making credit decisions with spreadsheets and gut instinct. Building proper ML credit scoring models required a data science team — something most regional lenders couldn't afford or hire.

AND Solutions needed a new product it could sell into the SEA market. There was no internal roadmap, no validated concept — just a gap in the market and an opportunity to own it.

My Approach

I identified the opportunity through market research, built the business case, and presented it to the steering committee — getting sign-off to build a product from scratch. I named it NIKO, after my own name.

Working directly with ML engineers, I defined the product: a no-code AutoML platform where banks could upload their data, train predictive models, and deploy them — without writing a single line of code. I created ELI5 explainer videos to make ML concepts accessible to non-technical bank executives, produced demo videos for the sales team, and personally ran client demos with banks and NBFIs across the region.

Outcome

NIKO became the second product AND Solutions ever sold into the Southeast Asian market. It's now a live SaaS platform used by banks, insurance companies, and lenders for credit scoring, debt collection, churn prediction, and insurance claim modeling.

LendMN — Gamification to Reduce Default Risk

AND Solutions · lend.mn

Behavioral Design Fintech · Mobile Data-Driven

Problem

During a quarterly review, I noticed the risk team was flagging a quiet but dangerous trend — early repayers were shifting to on-time, and on-time payers were slipping 1–2 days late. No penalty existed for the first 3 days, so nothing was catching it.

I proactively got sign-off to investigate before it materially hit portfolio quality. Analyzing 12 months of data from active users, I confirmed the behavioral shift was real and accelerating across both segments.

My Approach

I ran structured customer interviews with ML engineers and the CS team, testing multiple hypotheses — financial hardship, notification gaps, payment friction. All ruled out. The actual root cause: customers had no reason to pay early.

Gamification emerged from a cross-team brainstorm, not as my first instinct. We skipped reminders and nudges because the problem wasn't awareness — it was motivation. I designed a bonus points system tied to things customers cared about: higher loan limits and reduced fees. Presented to the steering committee, approved, and launched within 3 months.

Outcome

We targeted 10% improvement in early repayments. Customers adopted far faster than projected — we hit 18%. That created a new problem: points cost exceeded budget. So we iterated: dialed back points per repayment, but expanded redemption value across BNPL and installment products.

What started as a repayment fix became a cross-product loyalty system. Default risk dropped 5%, meaningfully improving portfolio quality.
